All roles are remote and built around results — not hours. Car knowledge isn't always required, but it's always rewarded.
You'll run and scale Meta Ads campaigns for our UK auto styling clients — window tinters, wrappers, detailers. You'll own the numbers: cost per lead, ROAS, conversion rates. If campaigns aren't performing, you diagnose and fix fast. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role.
Must have: Proven Meta Ads experience, understanding of direct-response advertising, ability to read data and optimise fast, strong creative instincts.
Big plus: You're already in the car scene — you know the difference between a tint job and a wrap, you follow shops on Instagram, you understand the customer. That context makes better ads.
You'll be turning warm leads into booked appointments for our clients — and keeping those clients happy, retained, and scaling. Half closer, half relationship manager. Natural on the phone, confident handling objections, and genuinely good with people.
Must have: Strong sales and communication skills, comfortable on the phone, organised follow-up, ability to handle objections without sounding scripted. Sales background in automotive, trades, or local services is a massive advantage.
Big plus: If a lead asks whether PPF is worth it on a leased car, you can actually have that conversation. If a client mentions ceramic tint vs dyed film, you know what they mean. Automotive knowledge turns good salespeople into great ones in this niche.
You'll reach out to auto styling businesses across the UK — window tinters, wrappers, detailers, ambient lighting specialists — and book strategy calls for our sales team. This is how Auto Elevate grows its own client base. You're the first impression we make.
Must have: Confident communicator, persistent without being pushy, comfortable with outbound outreach (DMs, email, calls), able to build rapport quickly.
Big plus: You're already active in the UK car scene — you follow the shops, you're in the communities, maybe you've had your own car done. Knowing what makes a great tint shop or wrap installer tick means your outreach lands completely differently.
